Sale & Business Development Manager

Full-time

The Producer has the responsibility to define and establish the project’s overall strategy. Planning, organizing and supervising are part of his day-to-day tasks as he’s the one person closely involved in every step of the way, from conception to final operation. He represents the project and is the one managing relationships with the client while ensuring efficient communication between the latter and the production team. He’s responsible for the on-time on-budget delivery of every aspect of the project that go according to pre-determined criteria. He manages risks and advises teams by giving clear recommendations. He’s a person with highly remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills. He’s a talented communicator and a positive influencer.​​​​​​​

Job Descriptions
+ Develop new business for both our traditional business of video production and immersive location-based entertainment based on IP. 
+ Develop and implement annual sales strategy and plan in line with organizational strategy and objectives
+ Ensure thorough prospect identification, perform preliminary research and market penetration for target accounts
+ Prepare periodic sales reporting in the system 
+ Coordinate contract negotiations, renegotiations and sign off
+ Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, contracts and other marketing-related collateral materials, make sales presentations and follow through to closure of sales

 

Job Requirements

+ A diploma/degree in the marketing or media production will be a plus
+ At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales and business development position
+ A good storyteller with strong business acumen 
+ Well versed in the latest immersive technologies such as VR, AR and MR
+ Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills with Strong Command of written & Spoken English
