JY Live Music: Renovation Update and a First Look at the Plans
JY Live Music is taking shape at *SCAPE Orchard. As of November 2026, the 6,900 sq ft venue remains under renovation, with completion expected by the end of 2026. The project marks the next step in Vividthree’s Consumer & Out-of-Home Entertainment business, bringing live performance, dining and social experiences into one destination.

A venue designed around live experiences
The proposed layout brings together a main performance hall, a 7m × 4m stage, VIP seating, a cocktail bar and lounge, and a full-service kitchen. The design aims to give guests room to enjoy a performance, share a meal and spend an evening together. The concept provides for up to 250 guests, subject to the final configuration and relevant approvals.

Built for more than one kind of show
The programming vision spans live music performances and concerts, acoustic sessions and Mandopop, alongside talk shows and stand-up comedy. The flexible space is also intended to accommodate private celebrations, corporate gatherings, creative showcases and selected community programmes. A confirmed event calendar will be announced separately.
Production and hospitality, together
Planned production features include an LED wall, professional sound and lighting, performance backline and multi-camera livestream capabilities. Together with the proposed bar and kitchen, these elements are designed to support both the performance on stage and the experience around it. Equipment specifications and operating details remain subject to finalisation.
From participation to performance
JY complements REC. Studio Bar, which opened in September 2026. REC. offers a studio-inspired setting for singing, jamming and connecting with friends; JY is planned as a larger platform for artists and audiences. Together, the two concepts express Vividthree’s ambition to connect music, creativity, hospitality and community through physical venues.
What comes next
Renovation is ongoing, with completion expected by the end of 2026. Opening arrangements, bookings and programme announcements will follow when confirmed.
